-Reception/Party $650.00 for the first hour,

$400.00 for each additional hour

-Fees include initial consultation

Terms and Conditions for the String Quartet

-The following equipment will be provided: 4 chairs without arms (folding ok).

-If the performance is out-of-doors, coverage from weather (rain or sun) must be provided.

-No outdoor performances between October 1-May 15.

-Performance surface must be flat (i.e. floor, carpet, patio, stage, parking lot) no performances will be on grass or sand.

-Performance is instrumental only. No vocal accompaniment or service parts, unless agreed upon by the Concord String Quartet.

-Any changes to the time, date, or location of the event needs prior approval from the Quartet's Coordinator.

-Additional personal consultation/rehearsal will be at the discretion of the Concord String Quartet.

-Payment of deposit and balance must be paid according to the dates and times indicated on the contract.
